Session rates
We accept 6 insurance plans. Sliding scale available for those who qualify.
- Individual Therapy - 50 min $150
- Couples Counseling - 60 min $175
- Family Therapy - 60 min $175
- Initial Intake Session $175
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and check. A credit card is required on file for all clients.

Verify Your Benefits
Before your first session, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask about your outpatient mental health benefits — copay, deductible, and number of covered visits.
Superbills Available
We're happy to provide a superbill after any session. Request one through our client portal or mention it to your clinician.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for clients with demonstrated financial need. Please ask about availability when you reach out -- we'll do our best to work with you.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost before you commit to anything. Ask us and we will provide one.

The easiest first step is to fill out our contact form or give us a call. We will schedule a brief 15-minute phone consultation at no charge so you can ask questions and we can make sure we are a good fit before scheduling your first appointment.
We are in-network with several insurance plans. We can also provide a superbill you can submit to your out-of-network insurer for possible reimbursement. Please see our Fees & Insurance page for the current list of plans we accept, or call us to confirm your specific coverage.
Our session rates vary by session type. Individual therapy is $150 for a 50-minute session. Couples and family sessions are $175. A limited number of sliding scale slots are available for clients with demonstrated financial need -- please ask when you reach out.
A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, even if we are not in-network with your plan. We are happy to provide one after any session at no additional charge.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. We understand that life happens -- please just reach out as soon as you know you need to change an appointment.
