I became a therapist because I believe that feeling heard is one of the most powerful things a person can experience. My work is grounded in attachment theory and ACT, with a strong somatic lens for clients carrying trauma in the body. I've worked in community mental health, private practice, and school settings -- which means I'm comfortable with a wide range of presentations and life circumstances. Outside the office, you'll find me hiking the Sandias, reading too many books at once, and badly attempting to grow tomatoes in the high desert.
