I work with clients who are carrying experiences that still feel present long after the event itself: trauma, grief, sudden change, chronic stress, or the sense that your nervous system never fully settles down.
My approach is trauma-informed and may include EMDR, ACT, grounding, and skills for understanding how thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact. We move at a pace that respects both safety and the goals that brought you to therapy.
You do not have to arrive with the right words. Part of the work can be figuring out what you are feeling and what you want to be different.
