About
Therapy can be a place to slow down when everything feels like it is moving at once. I work with teens, young adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, identity, school or work stress, changing relationships, and the transition into greater independence.
My approach blends family-systems thinking, CBT, mindfulness, and practical communication work. With teens, I also make room for parent and caregiver support when that is useful while keeping the therapeutic relationship clear and respectful.
I aim for sessions that feel genuine, structured enough to be useful, and flexible enough to meet you where you are.
