About
I became a therapist because I believe feeling heard can change how people understand themselves and what feels possible next. My work is collaborative and grounded in attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, practical coping skills, and a trauma-informed understanding of how stress can show up in the body.
I often work with adults who look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted underneath. Therapy does not have to be formal or mysterious. We can slow things down, make sense of the patterns that keep repeating, and build changes that fit your actual life.
Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, reading, and attempting to keep desert plants alive.
