About
I came to counseling after years of community and crisis work, where I saw how often people carried major stress without a place to talk about it. I work with couples who feel stuck in the same argument, families going through change, and adults who want to understand the patterns underneath conflict or disconnection.
My couples work is influenced by Emotionally Focused Therapy, while individual work may include CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. Sessions are active and conversational. We pay attention to what is happening between people, not just the content of the disagreement.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
